Presidential Homes make beautiful prefabricated buildings and deliver them to customers all over the region. The problem was, when people think “prefabricated” they don’t necessarily think of the high end design that Presidential were delivering.
The company needed a brand that reflected who they were, affordable prefabricated designs without compromising on quality and appeal. Webtech created a completely new brand identity for Presidential Homes, completely repositioning them as a market leader in this type of construction, and showing off their unique aesthetics.
The logo and colours communicate reliability and strength, but also a warmth to the brand. The visually stunning photography we developed helped to show off the homes, but maintain a sense of attainability in the product. We designed and built a fresh new website that would best showcase the plans on offer and the benefits of the brand to potential home buyers.
Beyond digital solutions, Webtech also designed and produced the the company’s print collateral including product booklets and information packs. A complete branding and marketing solution that helped a local home builder connect with customers wherever they are.
